Delivery Tracking

When we send out your shopping items from OrangeZone, we always use a tracked service if it is available. We will enter the tracking details into your order page and they will be sent to you at the email address you supply.

Delivery Prices

Shopping online means, of course, that your goods have to be sent through the post. We attempt to negotiate good rates with our dispatch partners, and thus to keep the delivery costs as reasonable as possible. The delivery price is very dependant on the nature of your shopping, and your geographical location. It is clearly displayed in the shopping cart before you pay for your shopping.

Returns Policy

Obviously, we at OrangeZone very much hope that your goods will arrive in good order, and be to your satisfaction. All goods are packed and checked carefully before dispatch. If, however, there is a need to return the goods, please note the following information which is part of our terms and conditions of sale. All returns and exchanges must be notified to OrangeZone within 7 days of the package(s) being delivered. If the product is faulty, Orangezone will exchange or refund the item. We will require it to be returned, and if faulty, we will reimburse both the cost paid and reasonable cost of return. If the product is incorrectly supplied, OrangeZone will exchange the item. We will require it to be returned, and will remimburse both the cost paid and the reasonable cost of return. Please note that where OrangeZone agree to a return the items MUST be returned in original undamaged factory packaging and have the original factory label attached. Please ensure you do not deface the packaging in any way. The item will not be exchanged if there are signs of damage or wear. Any refunds agreed will be made using the same method as your original payment, unless in exceptional circumstances. The item must be returned within 14 days of return request being received by OrangeZone. Other than in the specific circumstances noted above the Buyer will pay for shipping back to OrangeZone at their own cost and ensure that the package is sent using a service that includes postal insurance for the value of the item and that requires a signature on delivery. If goods are returned and no exchange is required a full refund will be issued (excluding cost of original postage) OrangeZone does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods in transit.
